30-day returns

Unused DoorDumb units in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Contact us before shipping anything back so we can issue return instructions.

What is not returnable

• Used, damaged, or shop-worn tools
• Items missing authenticity labels when required
• Orders refused or returned by the carrier due to an incorrect address you provided (shipping may be non-refundable)

Shipping costs

Original outbound shipping is refundable when the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective on arrival). Otherwise return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Defects

If your unit arrives defective, email photos and your order reference within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund at our option.
